Got a call from this number saying I could get a reduction on my phone bill. At first there was a weird silence, then the caller asked if I was the account owner. I quickly ended the call and have blocked the number since then.

Got quite a few calls from this number earlier, one person asked to talk to the account owner but refused to say what company they were from. When I tried calling back, it said the number didn’t exist. Looks like one of those annoying cold call marketing firms.
