I received three calls from this number in quick succession within the space of a few hours-quite peculiar, really. Since I didn’t recognise it, I opted not to answer, and intriguingly, no voicemail was left for me. The 01698 code indicates it's from the Motherwell vicinity in Scotland. Curious about the calls, I decided to return one since I reside nearby, but I was greeted by an American-sounding voice stating, “Your call is very important to us. Please hold for an advisor.” Unsurprisingly, I didn’t hang around, so I still have no clue who it might have been. Oddly enough, it's been nearly a week now, and they haven't tried to reach out again.
