I rang this number and spoke to a really friendly bloke who said he works for Virgin. He explained that some dodgy firm has hijacked his phone number to scam others, something he called call splitting. Apparently, he's had about ten calls today from folks who thought he was the one calling them. The only way he can fix it is by changing his number, which sounds a bit of a hassle for him.
