Got a message from some "Tom" about loft insulation they said was "done recently." He mentioned it might bring on condensation but reassured me it wasn't anything to worry about. Then he went on about how their files showed the loft hadn’t been checked since it was fitted and offered to do an inspection straight away. Just as he was saying that, he hung up on me. This is the third time I’ve had a call like this from him.

I received another phone call today from a chap named "Tom." He left a pre-recorded message regarding the loft insulation that was apparently completed not long ago. He mentioned something about it potentially leading to condensation, but reassured me not to worry about it. Curiously, he also stated that their records indicated the loft hadn't been surveyed since the installation and that a survey could take place today. Just as he was about to share more, he abruptly ended the call. This is now the third time I’ve had this fella ring me!
