Got a call today and mentioned I was on the TPS register, but the person didn’t seem to get why my number would be in their 'TPS checked' system. I reported it to TPS but they replied saying "Despite tries, TPS hasn’t managed to find proper contact or address info to deal with this complaint." Makes me question how seriously TPS are taking the job of tracking down these firms.

They rang looking for a Mrs Lennox, I said no one by that name lives here, and they just ended the call. About 20 minutes later, they called again asking for Mrs Lennox, so I said I’m on the telephone preference service and if they call once more I’d report them. Then they hung up again.

Missed the call and dialled 1471 to check the number. I was waiting for a call from my nearby car dealership, so when the 01698 popped up, I figured it was probably them. Tried calling back with the ringback feature by pressing 3, but all I heard was that usual hold music you get with phone queues. They said they were from Your Scot Homes and wanted to talk to my 91-year-old mum. When I told them I handle all her matters and asked why they needed her, they rudely said it wasn't my business. I rang back but was stuck on hold for more than 15 minutes with nothing but music before anyone answered. When I began to complain, they just hung up on me. Tried again and got the same result. got a ring from these lot about grants for swapping windows and doors. when I asked who they were, they said they're calling for scotia and hans, which I think is a proper firm from dundee. I've tried getting in touch with that company to moan about them phoning numbers on the tps list, now just waiting to hear back!

Got a call about grants to upgrade windows that were over a decade old. But their info must be seriously outdated because he called me by the former tenant's name, and they moved out more than 20 years ago.
