I got a call from someone saying they were with BT, telling me my internet was at risk and that my service would be cut off by the end of the day. They wanted me to press 1 to connect to a support agent. Seems dodgy to me, so I reported it to the Information Commissioner's Office. Seriously, if you get calls like this, you should report them too.
