Some bloke said he was David from BT, telling me my internet speed had problems. I told him everything was fine on my end, but he insisted that as my internet supplier, they could spot issues I wouldn't notice. He began explaining some free fix they supposedly offer, but then he just stopped talking abruptly. I never got to say that my provider is TalkTalk, bit of a shame! Definitely sounds like a scam to me.
