I've been receiving silent calls from this number on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Whenever I try to return the call, the line is always busy or it just goes dead. If I ignore it, they’ll keep trying to ring me back, maybe three or four times in a row. And if I do happen to let it go to voicemail, there’s never any message left. It’s become quite baffling, to say the least!
