Someone claiming to be Michael from customer support got in touch. When I questioned him about the address for a Mr. Johns, he asked for a name that wasn’t mine at all. I found it quite strange! After I pressed him a bit more, he abruptly asked me to hang up, and then he just disconnected. Quite a peculiar encounter if you ask me!
