Got a call from this number, said they were from Sky but they just wouldn't take no for an answer.

I got a call from 01689 817486 but when I answered, there was just silence on the other end. Quite strange.

We've been getting loads of calls from this number, my father-in-law answered and the person said he was from Lloyds bank fraud department. Unfortunately, he ended up giving them loads of his private details like account numbers, passwords and even PINs. Now they're ringing again and sounding pretty hostile, which is really worrying.
