I picked up the phone, but there was nothing on the other end - just silence. Quite baffling, really.

i picked up the phone and first there was just silence, then suddenly i heard quick, unclear talking that sounded like it might have been an indian language, and then the call just cut off. i always have to answer in case it’s something important for work, but lately these 01689 numbers have been ringing non-stop. it’s really annoying!
