Got a call on my landline at 12:13. The woman gave her name but the line was rubbish, so I couldn’t make it out. She mentioned she was from BT Openreach and it was about my internet issues. Asked how I was doing, I said I wasn’t great, and then she just cut the call. Bit abrupt, if you ask me! Also, they seemed a bit lost when they strayed from their script. The woman definitely wasn’t English, probably working in a call centre somewhere in India, I’d say.
