Then she went on about how I probably haven’t got a refund yet but she was contacting people who’d had financial stuff done in the last 35 years in case they were missold PPI. Honestly, it sounded like a load of rubbish. She was quite polite but got a bit annoyed when I said it sounded dodgy and told her to take me off their list.
