had this really nasty bloke on the phone who kept shouting at me, claiming I wasn’t paying attention. sounded like one of those scams trying to bother you with dumb calls. I told him as much and he just blew up, yelling if I even heard a word he said. it was so intense and a bit frightening, so I just ended the call. proper unpleasant experience.
