This evening, I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent saying she was calling from Sky’s refund team. I’m pretty certain Sky doesn’t have any such department. She wanted me to give my account info for some refund, but I thought Sky would already have those details since I pay by direct debit. I politely told her to buzz off.
