So, this guy called Chris, or maybe it was Frank, said he wasn’t from a cold call centre but was all about home energy. I wasn’t having any of his questions and simply chose not to reply. Next thing, he just hung up on me! Honestly, I reckon that could freak out someone more sensitive. To me, that felt a bit like a threat to folks who might be more vulnerable!

some bloke called chris (think his surname was franks) rang me up, said he wasn’t from home energy cold care or summat. i didn’t want to answer his stuff and he just hung up. felt a bit pushy and could worry folks who aren't as tough as me! honestly sounds a bit like harassing someone who might be in a vulnerable spot.

got a call from someone claiming to be paul, said he was with ‘UK Home’ doing a cold call but never actually explained what that was about. definitely felt like another scam artist trying the same old script on me.

some bloke called sayin’ he was ‘paul from your home uk’ and assured me it wasn’t a cold call - but it totally was! he asked if i was ‘still the home owner’, which felt dodgy since i’ve never come across that company before. didn’t trust it one bit, so i just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.
