I got a robo-call with a woman’s voice saying she was from my internet company. She warned that my account would be cut off due to some sort of illegal stuff they’d spotted. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to speak to someone. I ended it right away and blocked the caller. Since then, loads of calls - like eight different numbers - have been trying the same trick over the last day or so. I’ve blocked all those numbers too and reported everything to both BT and Action Fraud.
