I spotted a business located at 141 Phuc Loi Street, Phuc Loi Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi peddling SIM cards over at their website www.viettelsim.com. They've got a section titled ‘list Sim Beautiful Numbers coming out’ which includes a whole array of UK-style 01683 numbers, this one included. It would be wise for them to refresh that list as someone has already acquired that SIM and rang me earlier today. I opted not to answer, so I’m left in the dark regarding what kind of dubious activity they might be up to.
