There’s a firm located at 141 Phuc Loi Street, Phuc Loi Ward in Long Bien District, Hanoi, that’s selling SIM cards through their site www.viettelsim.com. On their page titled ‘List Sim Beautiful Numbers coming out,’ they have loads of UK-style 01683 numbers listed, including the one that called me earlier today. Seems the list isn’t updated because someone already purchased that SIM and rang me this morning. I didn’t pick up, so I have no clue what kind of scam they might be running.
