This is definitely a scam. I've gotten calls twice today from the exact same area code. For years now, I keep getting these types of calls a couple of times daily, without fail. They usually say they're from Microsoft or BT Openreach. It’s obviously some dodgy stuff coming from the subcontinent. Proper annoying!
