Total con! Got a call supposedly to help with some computer problems I apparently had. Thing is, my computers are fine and I actually work in IT myself! They kept pushing me to download TeamViewer so they could "fix" it by accessing my machine remotely. Dodgy stuff.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with Google, saying my computer was at risk but couldn’t say much about the details. She mentioned that her manager would ring me back shortly. Sure enough, I got another call from the same number. I’ve blocked and reported it now.
