I got a call from a woman with a strong foreign accent, maybe Indian, but it was hard to catch what she was saying. She claimed to be from Openreach and was asking about my internet speed. She told me to look at the modem and tell her which lights were lit. When she asked me to do something else, I couldn't work out what she meant, so I told her I wasn't comfortable with it and hung up.
