Somebody pretending to be from Amazon rang me, saying they spotted an attempt to purchase an iPhone through my account. They claimed the items were being held and that I wouldn’t see them listed yet. They insisted I provide my info so they could cancel the order. I told them I’d ring Amazon directly to check instead. They pushed me to deal with them but I kept my info to myself.
