These people are really annoying, rang me 4 times today then just dropped the call each time. It all kicked off after I got a call a few days back asking me to do a survey, I said no and ended the call. Been caught out by this scam before cos after that survey, they bombard you with sales calls as a follow up. Seems like they’re just trying to get back at me for not giving in to their nonsense.

This guy called me with an accent from somewhere like India or Pakistan, said he had three quick questions. I told him straight up I don’t do phone chats with strangers, then I just ended the call. Felt like he was fishing for some personal info. Honestly, why is it mostly folks from India or Pakistan who end up making these kinds of calls? Doesn’t really seem like what “fitting in” properly with British culture is about.

Usually, if it’s something urgent or real, they’ll leave a voicemail, and then I can decide if I want to call back.
