So, this lady Eva called me, sounded like she had a thick Indian accent and said she was ringing from BT. She told me I could get some "free" treats just because I pay my phone bills promptly and never fuss. I asked her which company I was with, and she said Sky, which isn’t true at all - that’s when I ended the call.

Looks like a scam to me. I didn’t pick up initially but decided to call back with 141, and it was just silent on the other end. Bit unsettling, really.
