Got a call from someone wanting to talk to the person who pays the water bill. I told him she’s unwell and asked if I could assist. Then he said if I could do a survey about Welsh Water that’d take about 10 minutes. I said I was busy ‘cos my mum’s ill, so couldn’t do it. He said sorry for bothering me.
