This bloke said he was from BT, claiming there was something wrong with my router. I told him to wait a sec while I switched off my stove. He rambled on for a bit, then I said hold on again as someone was at the door. I let him keep talking, throwing in questions asking him to repeat himself. Suddenly, he called me a bloody curse word and ended the call. Not sure if BT support has seriously dropped the ball or if it was just some scammer. Either way, I’m sure they’ll be ringing back soon enough.
