I got a call from a local number earlier today, but it was just some recorded message claiming to be from Visa Fraud Team. They said my card got charged twice for 500 quid and told me to press 1 to talk to someone. Totally a scam. I’m pretty sure the number was fake, though it’s the first time I’ve seen a local landline being used for this kind of thing.
