Got a call from someone who knew my last name right off the bat. Said he was from 'Universal Appliances' but then quickly switched to saying it wasn’t a spam call and claimed he worked for 'Nationwide' instead! 😡 Obviously, he had my info on some list and it freaked me out a bit.
