This particular number harasses me on a monthly basis without exception. I've gone ahead and blocked it on my phone, so it now gets automatically turned away - the caller being: 0165050315.

Complete jerk. Asked him to quit ringing me but he was really rude. Eventually, i just ended the call.

These people are total scammers, they ring up from loads of different numbers. They don’t even have a website which is a dead giveaway they’re not legit. If they call you, make sure you report it to Action Fraud and block their numbers.

This afternoon, I received a rather unsettling call. The person on the other end requested that I verify my identity. When I inquired who she represented, she claimed to be part of some review team. Naturally, I pressed her for more information regarding this team, and her demeanor took a turn for the worse. She became rather confrontational, insisting that she had already revealed her identity. When I declined to comply with her request, she only escalated further, exclaiming how many times she needed to repeat that she was with the review team! At that point, I chose to terminate the call. The number was 0165050315.

Got a call about life insurance. I kindly said sorry and told her my husband handles that stuff through his job. She goes, "Yeah, it’s way easier leaving it to the other half. We shouldn't have to stress about that, just focus on getting our nails done!" Couldn't tell if that was super daft or kinda rude. Probably a bit of both!!

Today, I had a conversation with an individual who claimed to be from the "Review Team" and wished to discuss my life insurance. I repeatedly asked for the specific name of the company, but he insisted it was called "the Review Team". When I inquired if this was the name registered with Companies House, he confirmed it was. At that point, I informed him that what he was doing constituted illegal cold calling without my consent, and that companies were being fined for such practices. However, he insisted it was not illegal since there were 250 people in the room making these calls. I then stated that I would be reporting the call, and he promptly hung up. To confirm, I double-checked and can verify that my registration with the TPS is still active.
