Got a call from the same number thrice yesterday. When I hit 1 as prompted, some bloke with an Indian accent started rambling about Amazon Prime, but honestly, I couldn't make heads or tails of it. Tried asking if someone spoke proper English and, well, he just ended the call. They also kept warning me about cutting off my internet service which was a bit much. Got a call at 8.05am today claiming my internet was about to be disconnected. It bloody woke me and my missus up. Honestly, if it was an actual person on the other line, they'd have got a mouthful from me for calling that early. The video below really proves it’s a total scam. Whatever you do, don’t press one.

The person on the line said they had to get remote access to my computer to look at my firewall.
