They mentioned something about questioning two transactions: one for £370 linked to Amazon and another international transfer amounting to £1500. They prompted me to press one to abort the transaction or two for further options, but I decided to end the call before they completed their spiel. Interestingly, the number appeared local since the initial eight digits (01646772---) matched mine. To add to my concern, the caller seemed aware of which bank I was associated with.
