I got a phone bill showing a call from my house number to this number, but we never made the call. It’s dated 15th September 2014 and apparently lasted 65 minutes, charging us £5.89.

We attempted to ring the number back to find out who it belonged to, but just got an automated message saying “service not available”.

I’m planning to get in touch with Virgin Media to figure out what’s going on with this.
