Received calls from this number, but the Caller ID doesn’t seem to reveal who’s on the other end. Quite odd, isn't it?

I received a call just now, and the moment I answered, they disconnected. I quickly tried to return the call since I anticipated a chat with a mate who has flown in from Canada. However, when I dialled back, it went directly to voicemail. I’ve already signed up with the Telephone Preference Service too, so it’s a bit perplexing!
