Constantly calling me multiple times on most days.

I've had three calls from this firm over the past two days-once on the 11th of May at 4:27 PM, and twice on the 12th at 3:55 PM and then again at 4:04 PM. It feels quite intrusive, especially given that I’m on shift work and have registered with the Telephone Preference Service to avoid such interruptions.

Despite being on the ex-directory list, I continue to receive calls from this number. Today, I mentioned my ex-directory status and told the young lady not to contact me. To my surprise, she replied that it had no bearing on their calling me. When I probed further about where they obtained my number and which company they represented, considering I'm a preference customer, she abruptly ended the call. Quite rude, if you ask me!
