Received a call purporting to be from BT Openreach, yet we don’t hold any account with them. The caller insisted they required access to our internet to resolve an issue. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Got calls twice from this number saying they were from BT Open Media, but we don’t even have BT! First call was a lady speaking with an Indian accent saying there was an issue with our internet, which was totally fine. Then a bloke rang back saying he was the manager of the first woman and insisted we needed to let them sort out our internet. Seems dodgy to me.
