So, a bloke from Virgin came over to swap out our broadband hub, right? Not long after he headed off, we got a call saying there was some issue with our IP address and that our internet would be cut off in a day. They told us to press 1 for BT and 2 for other providers. I just ended the call and rang Virgin straight away. They said everything was fine with our connection. Definitely a dodgy call. The number they called from was local too.
