I got two calls from these lot on 01642 848004 and 01619897927 about some Microsoft computer problem. It was a bit dodgy cause the voice on both calls was exactly the same. I’ve been a Virgin Media customer for ages, so this felt off. 100% a SCAM in my opinion.

Somebody called claiming to be from EE, and even though I was pretty sure it was a con, I decided to humour them for a bit. They told me they’d slashed my bill by half, but honestly, my bill’s still the same. I never handed over any personal details, so I’m not sure what trick they're trying to pull, but there’s definitely something dodgy going on.

Got a call from someone saying they were from car phone warehouse, talking about some sort of promotion. I don't see why they’d be ringing me up, so it seems dodgy to me. Probably just a scam.

I got a call from someone pretending to be from three company, saying they had a new phone deal and wanted me to pay for a sim card to renew my contract which was finishing soon. At first, I believed them. They even asked for my bank account number and sort code, which I stupidly gave. But then when they asked for the card number itself, I felt something was off. I refused and told them I’d check in person at the shop before doing anything else.
