Got a call from a woman who said she was from North Lincolnshire Council, but the number’s area code didn’t match up at all. She was asking about my shopping habits in Messingham, which struck me as odd since Messingham isn’t really a place full of shops. It’s mostly houses, a few pubs, some takeaways, corner shops and hairdressers. I ended the call pretty quickly ‘cause something felt off.
