got a call from someone pretending to be from BT, claiming my server had been attacked and offering to sort it out. they said if i didn’t let them fix it, my internet would stop working. i asked for a contact number to ring back, but they said there wasn’t one and when i asked them to take me off their list, they just hung up. tried calling the number they gave me later and it wasn’t even a real number.
