This number has been ringing my mum and dad’s place off and on. They called this morning and as soon as they caught me on the line, they just dropped the call. Can you believe it? Less than 30 minutes later, they called back! And yep, same thing happened - they hung up straight away once they heard me. Seems like they’re just targeting older people, no doubt about it! ??????

My folks have got calls from this number a couple of times. Whenever mum or dad picked up, the caller kept asking about fixing their computer - which is odd because they don’t own one at all. Today, I was there when the number rang again, but this time no one said a word, maybe 'cause I answered and I sound a bit younger!

I got a call on Saturday from someone who sounded posh at first, then they passed me over from a guy named Asian Dave to a tech bloke speaking with an Eastern European lilt. I spent about 20 minutes doing exactly what they told me, but the whole thing kept crashing when it mattered most. When I joked if it was because I use a Mac, the guy lost his temper and started yelling. Those cheeky lot rang again this morning - I'm guessing they wanted to claim they were from BT and threaten to cut my internet off, which they've done before.

Got a call from some woman with an Asian accent, said she's from Microsoft in Reading. Was quite fun messing about with them.

I answered the call and immediately heard a bunch of buzzing and popping sounds, but no one said a word. Then the line just went dead on them after a while.

Got a really pushy call from someone saying they'd block my internet and computers unless I did what they said. I just ended the call, but they rang me again shortly after. This time a different bloke, but he had the same threatening tone. Honestly, I found it quite funny when he started losing his temper! These guys seriously ought to be banned.

I get calls claiming they're from Microsoft several times a week, maybe 4 or 5 times, and it seems like they're getting more frequent. When I call them out and say it's a scam, they either get really annoyed or just hang up on me. Sometimes, the calls come from different numbers too, not just this one.

01642 654426 This number's been bugging me like it has others here. Normally I let unknown calls go to voicemail and only pick up if I know who it is from the message. But with these calls, there’s nothing but silence. Today they woke me up at 8.15am. I actually picked up thinking I might catch them out, but again, silence. I tried calling back straight away, ready to give them a piece of my mind, but no luck - the phone just kept ringing with no reply!

I got 3 calls from 01642654426 yesterday, and they tried again this morning around 8:15. A bloke said he was David Wilson from Microsoft, but he had a clear Indian accent. Every call was pretty much the same story. I just ended the call straight away, definitely a scam. They keep ringing though, really pushy. Best not to waste your time with them.

So they rang me again at half past nine this morning, for the third time in just one day. They claimed to be from Microsoft and asked for me by my last name. I replied in a mix of European language and rusty English, told them Mr xxxxx had passed away. Asked when? They said last week and then just hung up. Seriously, isn’t there any government body that can put an end to this rubbish??

Some numpty rang me up with that Microsoft scam nonsense. He had a funny accent and even pretended his first name was the same as mine. When I called him out for fibbing, he went off and started shouting all sorts at me. Honestly, what a sad bloke - he actually woke up today thinking wasting time doing that was a good idea.

I've received three calls from a number saying they're from Microsoft - 01642 654426 - warning me my internet will be cut off within 24 hours. I asked them to prove it and to tell me what my IP address was, since they seemed to have so much info. Of course, they just hung up on me. Honestly, Microsoft should do something to help us spot these fraudsters properly. It’s worrying how many folks might fall for these nasty scams without knowing how tricky these scammers really are.

For the last five afternoons, about 2.30pm, I've been getting calls from a woman with an Indian accent, claiming she's from Microsoft. She keeps asking to get into my computer, which I told her no. After that, she started acting really nasty and quite aggressive. Somehow, she already knew my name, which is a bit creepy. Just a warning to anyone else who might get this. I'm planning to report it to the cops, and you should do the same if this has happened to you.

While clearing out my late mum's place, I got a call from this number (2018). I picked up and the person asked if I was "Mrs Bx". I told them no, and explained she’d passed away. Then he asked if she’d gone to heaven or hell, which I found really offensive. When I said I didn’t think that was a proper question, he just replied, “t##k you then.” Honestly, it left me feeling upset. I really want to find out which company is behind this number. The call came at 4:17pm on 23rd May.
