I rang the customer care number to complain about the person who phoned me, and as soon as I shared how annoyed I was, they hanged up on me without warning. They turn nasty if you interrupt their spiel and demand to know their identity and purpose. Honestly, feels good to get that off my chest and carry on with my day.
