It’s clear these are nuisance calls, and we've chosen not to respond. Being elderly, we value our peace and quiet and prefer not to be interrupted like this. I received a flurry of calls from South Tees NHS Trust, total of 11 times in just an hour! Quite ridiculous, considering I answered the initial call and completed the questionnaire they provided. It’s turned into a right bother now, almost feels more like harassment than a legitimate follow-up.
