Whenever I pick up the phone, it’s just silence apart from some faint commotion in the background, almost like I’m listening in on a busy office. I could have sworn I’d blocked that number, yet it keeps ringing! Are these folks somehow managing to bypass my block? It’s incredibly frustrating. Why can’t BT or anyone sort this out? Surely, there must be a way to tackle this nuisance!

They called me to chat about some home renovation stuff. After I said a few things, I hung up and then decided to block their number straight away.
