Got a call from a woman with a North-Eastern accent claiming to be from "Hometech." She asked for me by name and if I was aware of the window replacement scheme, also checking if I had windows over ten years old. I mentioned that I’ve been on the TPS for about 6 or 7 years and asked her politely to take my number off their calling list. She was quite friendly about it and didn’t push at all. What’s puzzling is that I’m ex-directory and never sign up for marketing stuff online, plus I’ve never used any "Hometech" services. Not sure how they got my details.
