I find it quite baffling how a so-called "technician" could possibly resolve my internet issues over the phone. It's clearly a ploy from someone pretending to represent BT, offering to fix non-existent problems of mine. What a con!

Someone else has mentioned this number here before but I can’t see any of their comments now. I got a silent call from it and just ended the call straight away. Tried to block the number but accidentally called it back instead. After that, I got a message saying the number’s not recognised. I've double-checked and it’s definitely blocked now. From what I’ve found, people say it might be linked to Amazon, BT, or some kind of scam about payments. The code looks like it’s from the Neath area.
