I get calls from this number pretty much every day, sometimes even a couple of times. The person on the other end sounds like they’re from abroad and always wants to talk to me by my name. I am a customer of Virgin, and I am disappointed to learn that in order to have a call-blocking feature, I would have to pay an additional £2.75 per month on top of my 12-month contract. This means I would be spending £33.00 per year just to block one annoying call. This kind of service from Virgin Media is unsatisfactory.
