10 yearsA company rang me up, claiming to represent a firm named Eglaze. However, they were rather uncooperative and wouldn't share any additional details, even asserting that the folks they were calling about didn’t recognise their own postcode! After posing a few inquiries myself, they abruptly hung up without providing any answers. It seems they haven’t been keeping proper records of their calls, as we've tried reaching out to request a quote for a new door, and they’ve been less than forthcoming. Just picture the chap’s expression when they arrived at our doorstep, only for us to say we had no clue who he was! Quite a comical situation, really!Eglaze10 yearsAt the end of the day, someone’s got to step up, and that’s where we come in! My windows are one-of-a-kind, boasting top-notch security locks, and these folks really know how to keep things affordable. I reached out earlier for a complimentary quote, and it was a breeze - highly recommend giving them a ring! CHEERS, ADAM HOPKINS!10 yearsReceived a call on Wednesday, 25th February 2009, at approximately 3 PM. The call originated from a company in Neath, going by the name of EGLAZE. Despite being registered with the Telephone Preference Service, it appears they’ve skirted the regulations by claiming their call was not a sales attempt, but rather a gesture to send complimentary price lists for glazing and other related services. I firmly instructed them not to contact us again-just as I had done during their previous attempt! It's quite frustrating. A quick search yielded the number: 0800 084 2010. They’re listed as E Glaze UK Ltd, located at 162 New Road, Skewen, Neath, SA10 6HD.NeathEGLAZETelephone Preference ServiceE Glaze UK LtdNew RoadSkewen11 yearsEglaze has recently undergone a change in leadership and it's certainly noticeable in the improvements we've implemented. The quality of our products now stands out remarkably, and I would urge anyone to try and locate something superior elsewhere on the market; it’s a tall order! If anyone finds themselves dissatisfied with either our products or customer service, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the office. Just ask for me, Nigel Pigott, and I would be more than happy to address your queries or concerns. Best wishes, Nigel Pigott.EglazeNigel Pigott11 yearsAs of the date, 22nd April 2010, the proprietors of Neath Abbey Depot have finalised a fresh lease agreement with a company that bears no ties to E Glaze Ltd whatsoever.Neath Abbey DepotE Glaze Ltd11 yearsI received a call from Andrew, assuring me that this was not a sales pitch but rather a company that specializes in home enhancements, including PVC windows and doors. We expressed interest in obtaining a quote, as we're contemplating upgrading our windows and doors sometime next year. However, on the 25th of September, I was inundated with five missed calls from this organisation. Do they never tire of chasing potential customers?Andrew11 yearsWould you vouch for this company? We've been informed that they're reputable, and we're in the market for some new windows and doors.11 yearsIt appears that the following entities are still operational: Eglaze Limited, Eglaze Conservatories, Eglaze Home Improvements, and Eglaze Kitchen & Bathroom. Additionally, there's also Evans Bros along with Roofline Designs Limited and FSG Limited. They aren’t in liquidation; they’ve merely shut their doors, presumably after pocketing my cash!Eglaze LimitedEglaze ConservatoriesEglaze Home ImprovementsEglaze Kitchen & BathroomEvans BrosRoofline Designs LimitedFSG Limited11 yearsZoe, it’s truly baffling how some folks seem to invite nonstop sales calls at all hours! As a shift worker, my phone needs to be on for potential emergencies, and these incessant sales pitches are nothing short of a nightmare when I’m trying to grab some much-needed rest. If I’m in the market for something like double glazing, believe me, I’ll reach out myself. Perhaps we should give Andrew Evans a ring on her mobile and ping her with random queries every twenty minutes to see how she enjoys that!ZoeAndrew Evans12 yearsHaving spent some time in that workplace, it was quite the experience dealing with an endless stream of rude individuals on the line due to the TPS regulations. It really grated on our nerves, I must say. It's not as if folks like you walk around with neon signs screaming "kindly refrain from calling us!" It's baffling how some don't seem to grasp the concept of respect on the phone.12 yearsI've been getting a series of missed calls on my phone, so I decided to find out who was behind them. Turns out a fellow named Gavin called, claiming to represent Eglaze, and was probing whether we had any interest in home renovations. I pointed out that we’re actually in a brand new property, but he persisted, asking if we might consider improvements in the future. I inquired how they managed to get our number since I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service, and he mentioned it was from an outdated directory. I insisted they remove my number from their list, but lo and behold, I received another call today! I dialled Eglaze directly and had a word with Carolyn, who assured me that my number would be expunged from their records. Here’s hoping that does the trick!GavinEglazeTelephone Preference ServiceCarolyn12 yearsJust like Paul from Swansea, I recently received a call from a woman working in telemarketing, hailing from Eglaze in Neath (located at The Depot, New Road, Neath Abbey SA10 7DG). She insisted it wasn't a sales pitch, but rather a market research call to see if we were interested in double glazing. After we nodded along with a 'yes', lo and behold, they promptly offered us a quotation. We played along just to obtain their address for filing a complaint with the TPS, as our number is registered. The quote they provided was outrageous, and their credibility seemed lacking, especially considering that we had been contacted just a week before via the same tactics.PaulSwanseaEglazeNeathThe DepotNew RoadNeath Abbey SA10 7DGTPSSubmit Your Own Report (01639 622382)
