Called the number, and as soon as we tried to return the call, they answered but hung up instantly.

E-glaze, as soon as we rang up to voice our concerns, they insisted on having all our details again "so they could remove us from their mailing list". It's baffling, really, considering we had just contacted them a week prior and given them all the information then!
