He wanted me to verify my name first, so I asked who was on the line. He refused to say, just kept asking me to confirm my name again. I said I wouldn’t confirm anything without knowing who was calling, and he said he couldn’t reveal that until I confirmed. Then he just ended the call. Seriously fishy behaviour.

PPI claim calls are using outdated info and mentioning previous addresses to start off - they say they’re ringing about XXXX house. Talked to the Welsh contact centre Manager, Micky Bradley. I told him someone else is also reporting him to the TPS.
