Mckenzie Hall seems to be a debt recovery firm that harasses me with their calls on a weekly basis. I never pick up the phone since they tend to ring at the most ridiculous hours, often interrupting my peace. The most recent call came through at 9:10 in the evening, while the earliest contact was around 8:00 in the morning. It’s quite intrusive!

For instance, today they decided to bombard me with calls starting at 8:06 AM and continued incessantly for nearly an hour. If I spot their number, I'm definitely not picking up; they’re exceedingly rude and their thick Scottish accents are a challenge to decipher. I often find myself having to request they articulate more clearly, or else I simply hang up on them. The last time I mistakenly answered, those cheeky blighters had the audacity to request my daughter’s phone number, and they even referred to her by her first name, Stacey! I’m left wondering how on earth these intrusive individuals obtained my child's name. What absolute nerve they have! Is there truly a way to block these bullying busybodies from getting in touch not only with me, but with anyone else they have the gall to harass?

They introduced themselves as McKenzie Hall and were keen to collect personal details like my ID and bank account info. Clearly a scam, and I have no doubt it was all under false pretenses.
